In mid-December, I ordered quite a few parts from both Digi-Key and Abra Electronics to be able to build the Kinetic Cabinet during the winter term. I finally received most of my order!
These regulators were really the components that were blocking me. The stepper motors I will be using require 3.4V, and the only regulators that I had in hand were for 5V. Where the 7805 regulator chip is usually quite cheap, these guys are annoyingly expensive! Some ~$0.60-0.75 versus ~$5.00-6.00!
