Stepper motor get!

I just obtained a stepper motor, so now I can hook it up to an Arduino board, and a guitar string, and see what happens!

I was discussing with Elio Bidinost, who provided me with some guidance. He suggested that if the motor cannot handle the tension needed for the strings, maybe I should explore using a gear system. That’s interesting, as I have seen some grandfather clocks in antique shops recently, and the aesthetics of a wooden body, glass, and gears could be appropriate for this project. More on that later!
